Responsibilities- Effectively lead, communicate, train, and manage to achieve results.
- Ensure professional growth and training of the staff with a coaching approach.
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved.
- Analyze results and set up yearly assessments: KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor.
- Ensure Store Teams understand and work to achieve all relevant KPIs and exceed individual sales budgets.
- Monitor payroll expense and analyze Regional Sales and KPIs.
- Partner with Corporate After Sales department for escalated After Sales issues.
- Recruit, train, and develop key talent.
- Responsible for training and onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct monthly touch base with team regarding sales and overall performance.
- Thorough understanding of Receiving and Processing of incoming merchandise.
- Monitor and check for compliance in active inventory management.
- Uphold a consistent high standard of Merchandise Presentation in Store.
Requirements- 5-7 years of experience in store management role in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation and building clientele.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Familiar with POS systems.
- Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly outline objectives.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Retail and ability to work cross functionally.
- Foreign Language preferred.
