Store Manager - Wrentham Premium Outlet

As a Store Manager at Wrentham Premium Outlet, you will lead and support the Sales Supervisor in all store functions, including Sales Generation, People Development, Operations, and Visual Merchandising. You will guide and develop Sales Supervisors, Sales, and Support Associates, ensuring effective communication and training. Your role includes generating personal sales and managing all POS transactions, customer service issues, and operational practices.

• Monitor daily KPIs and sales results, setting daily goals and action plans to achieve targets.
• Embody the Selling Ceremony and propose challenges to motivate the team.
• Develop customer loyalty and recruit new clients through personalized relationships.
• Organize and monitor back-office activities, including stock and cash management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and lead by example in presentation and grooming.
• Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring performance and integration.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide feedback and development plans.
• Communicate brand strategy and facilitate team questions and concerns.

• Experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge or interest in art, photography, and literature.
