Summary
The Store Operations Associate supports the Store Operations Manager to ensure stores operate efficiently and in line with company policies, maintaining brand standards and product care across the Wynn Hotel and Resort location. The role involves coordinating store maintenance, inventory and logistics while supporting events and onboarding of new team members.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular in-store checks and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support onboarding and training of new team members on store operations
- Act as point of contact for cleaning companies, contractors, security and loss prevention
- Manage goods receipt, storage, transfers, returns and prepare product for the sales floor
- Plan and support inventory checks, reconciliations and cycle counts
- Manage OMNI order flow and adjustments to meet service levels
- Support setup and execution of in-store events
- Evaluate and manage packaging, stationery and courier services
- Respond to store emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs and services
Requirements
- Previous retail operations experience with demonstrated retail performance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to travel regularly and work occasional weekends or evenings
- Capable of standing for extended periods and climbing ladders
- Able to lift packages upward of 35 lbs regularly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish credibility with teams and external partners
