Summary
The Stock Associate supports store operations by managing shipping and receiving, inventory, back stock, repairs, and store maintenance while assisting the sales floor and visual merchandising as needed. This role partners with management and Inventory Control to ensure accurate inventory levels and supports Farfetch order processing and communications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving and process inter-store transfers
- Maintain and replace store supplies such as bags receipts and tissue paper
- Process ship and track repairs in coordination with retail management
- Organize back stock check in new merchandise and ensure stock accessibility
- Conduct monthly cycle counts prepare and execute inventory reconciliations
- Assist with visual display implementation and communicate visual standards to the team
- Support sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management
- Oversee store maintenance cleaning fixtures shelving lighting and repairs
- Assist with Farfetch order processing inbox management client communication and supply ordering
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and familiarity with JDA
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication organizational and commercial awareness skills
- Proven ability to drive results and support team development
- Ability to react quickly in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing coaching and developing a team
