Job Description

Summary

As a Store Operations Manager at Miami Design District, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, responsible for driving store performance by managing both back of house and front of house operations. You will work closely with the Store Director/Store Manager and other leadership members to strategically enhance business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent embodiment of Moncler Americas Sales and Service standards.
  • Manage and coach store team to maximize performance and provide excellent client experience.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire a team to drive sales and deliver elevated service.
  • Drive operational efficiency by adhering to store operating guidelines.
  • Ensure proper stock management to enhance client experience and meet inventory expectations.
  • Drive store performance through key KPI management and problem solving.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets.
  • Analyze reports and collaborate with Store Manager and regional partners to grow business.
  • Coach store staff to comply with company initiatives and develop team for future leadership roles.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient back of house.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience.
  • Experience in managing a team and luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and employee development.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Willingness to work overtime with short notice.
  • Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze business and take action.
  • Ability to handle merchandise weighing 0-40 pounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM & Inventory Management systems.
