Requirements- 5+ years of experience in managing back-of-house operations in a retail setting.
- Expertise in inventory and stock management, ensuring accurate inventory and effective stock flow practices.
- Competence in loss prevention and compliance, creating action plans and conducting audits.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, inspiring and empowering the team.
- Client-centric approach with skills in managing before-and-after-sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills to establish effective dialogue with corporate functions and external stakeholders.
