Store Operations Supervisor

Summary

The Store Operations Supervisor supports store operations by managing merchandise flow, stockroom organization, replenishment, and customer service. This primarily non-selling role leads operational training and helps ensure merchandise and the sales floor meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, tag, price, and process incoming merchandise, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Coordinate replenishment and stock checks, support sales associates, and deliver requested merchandise.
• Lead operational training, coach team members, and support productivity and talent development.
• Coordinate back-of-house and sales floor processes, including reticketing, RFID, and inventory returns.
• Collaborate on seasonal visual updates and maintain merchandising, signage, safety, and policy standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and balance operational tasks with a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
