Job Description

Summary

Lead and support back of house and stockroom operations to ensure timely processing and presentation of merchandise while promoting a premium customer experience. Oversee receiving, unpacking, inspecting, pricing, tagging, and replenishing merchandise and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness. Provide leadership and coaching to associates, support talent activities, and collaborate on visual merchandising to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unpack shipments, inspect items for damage, verify pricing, and tag merchandise.
  • Place merchandise on the sales floor or in the stock room following brand standards and visual direction.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and inventory processes including reticketing and RFID tasks.
  • Execute replenishment activities and manage ISOS reports to meet productivity targets.
  • Support sales floor associates with stock checks and timely delivery of requested merchandise.
  • Lead operational training, provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Coordinate back of house and sales floor processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and support development and performance processes.
  • Support compliance with policies and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge of retail operations and policies.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office and other technology.
  • Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
