Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and operational support across front of house and select back of house functions to ensure a consistent memorable shopping experience for guests. Support sales team, assist in guest services including Guest Kitchen and Call Center, and help maintain store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in guest service areas such as Call Center, Guest Kitchen, Sales Floor, Concierge and Administration.
- Greet clients and assist with individual shopping needs including offering beverages and directing to departments.
- Locate products for customers, complete transfers and charge sends from other stores and partner with Operations Associates.
- Prepare store for opening and closing, stock cash wraps, fold and straighten merchandise and maintain clean front and back of house areas.
- Process sales transactions and follow return, markdown, tax, security and packaging policies while capturing customer information.
- Prepare food and beverages to client specifications and provide Guest Kitchen support.
- Provide floor assistance to support departments based on store needs and ensure fitting rooms are organized.
- Direct phone calls and questions to appropriate store areas and demonstrate product passion and professional etiquette.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related customer experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Detail oriented and highly customer service oriented.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Collaborative team player willing to partner with all departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion and affinity for the brand and desire for career growth.
