Summary

The Sales Support provides operational and customer service assistance to ensure a seamless store experience, supporting sales through stock, visual merchandising, and point of sale activities. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer focused mindset while working in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate execution of stock and visual merchandising tasks
• Perform point of sale activities and assist the sales team as needed
• Receive and process incoming shipments to floor ready standards
• Maintain merchandise presentation and customer goods on the sales floor
• Create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management to support store operations
• Work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
