Store Support Associate

As a Store Support Associate at Polo Ralph Lauren in Estero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our retail store. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, and supporting the needs of the selling floor. This role offers an entry point for future leadership opportunities within Ralph Lauren.

• Process freight and manage inventory operations, including markups, markdowns, and RFID tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and ensure proper sensor/tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment.
• Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with team members.

• Back of house experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock room, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
