Summary
Provide in-store operational and visual merchandising support to ensure the shop in shop meets SKIMS standards. Maintain organized backstock and selling floors, replenish product throughout the day, and assist with special events and fixture relocations. Perform physical tasks including lifting, stocking, and maintaining clean displays while using technology to manage replenishment lists.
Responsibilities
- Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and visual standards of the shop in shop
- Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks and nesting tables are full and neat
- Clean and maintain fixtures and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Monitor backstock and communicate low styles or sizes to Skimbassador
- Run replenishment stock lists and escalate needs monthly using provided template
- Constantly fill product throughout the day and assist with markdowns
- Provide general department support including special event setup and relocating store fixtures
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving bulky items as required
- Use various technology and computer applications to support inventory tasks

- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Reliable physical stamina to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items
