Store Support - Women's Shoes

The Store Support role in Women's Shoes at Palo Alto involves providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, assisting customers with sales, returns, and other transactions. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, energetic, and enjoys engaging with customers.

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service by listening to customer needs and sharing a love for fashion.
• Contribute to keeping the department "runway ready" by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
