Summary
The Manager of Strategy and Business Development will support corporate growth initiatives by analyzing opportunities, driving strategic projects, and coordinating cross functional efforts to advance the company's 3 year plan and long term objectives.
Responsibilities
- Track market size growth and market share metrics relevant to the business
- Establish processes and metrics to evaluate business performance and objectives
- Gather analyze and report data across divisions brands regions and product categories
- Coordinate and implement business opportunity scenario modeling and due diligence
- Support acquisition and licensing activities including research negotiation and implementation planning
- Perform industry trend research competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Coordinate cross functional working teams and liaise with consultants and service providers
- Create detailed financial models and analysis to support projects
- Provide updates and presentations to senior management and business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years minimum post undergraduate experience
- Experience in strategy consulting M&A advisory or corporate business development
- Experience in consumer products retail or luxury sectors
- Superior executive presence and formal presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion and manage multiple priorities
