Senior Manager, Transformation Office

Summary

The Senior Manager on the Transformation Office team will synthesize research, shape strategy, and produce executive-ready communications to advance cross-divisional transformation initiatives. This role partners with Insights, Procurement, and divisional teams to track roadmaps, translate complex analysis into clear narratives, and support workstream coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic research, roadmapping, and initiative tracking across the transformation agenda
• Coordinate workstreams and contribute to internal strategic action planning
• Translate data and insights into compelling narratives and visual storytelling for senior stakeholders
• Build polished executive presentations, white papers, and other high-quality communications
• Act as a flexible team resource supporting varied workstreams and evolving priorities

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• College degree preferred
• Strong analytical fluency with the ability to distill data into persuasive stories
• Experience with visual storytelling and creating executive-level presentations
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environment
• Role requires a minimum of three days per week in the New York office; minimal US travel (<10%)
