Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Meet personal and store sales goals through professional salesmanship
• Build and maintain client relationships using the store clienteling program
• Maintain visual merchandising and store operational standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
