Style Advisor - Eaton Centre

Summary

Style Advisor responsible for delivering luxury menswear sales and building a loyal clientele at the Eaton Centre store. Provide personalized styling, appointments, and proactive client follow up to drive repeat business and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge across tailored clothing, sportswear, footwear, accessories and made-to-measure services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal sales and holistic in-store selling while building and maintaining client relationships.
• Drive new business and follow up with existing clientele through appointments, alterations, fittings and dedicated outreach.
• Prepare for client appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add-on sales.
• Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and promote its benefits.
• Participate in merchandising, visual presentation and store maintenance activities.
• Utilize store technology and CRM tools to manage client records and sales activity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail clothing or footwear sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Familiarity with menswear categories including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure.
• Strong clienteling, appointment-based selling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using retail technology and CRM tools to support customer service and sales.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in ongoing training.
