Style Advisor

Summary

The Style Advisor is a store-based sales professional focused on delivering exceptional service and building a loyal clientele in a luxury menswear environment. This role emphasizes personal sales, holistic selling, appointment preparation, and follow up to create repeat business. The advisor will work across departments to present merchandise and support store merchandising and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a clientele through in-store personal sales and follow-up activities.
• Deliver holistic selling experiences and create opportunities for add-on sales during appointments.
• Educate clients on loyalty program features and promote membership benefits.
• Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance, and preparation for client appointments.
• Manage client needs including alterations, fittings, and dedicated appointments, using available technology and resources to drive new business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience in clothing or footwear, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience across menswear departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with a proven ability to inspire repeat business and build relationships.
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and adopt technology to support the customer service function.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a store team.
