Style Advisor - Saks Fifth Avenue

Summary

As a Style Advisor you will deliver personalized shopping experiences and build strong client relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise, deepen client loyalty through ongoing personalized communication, and represent the brand with enthusiasm and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accountability for individual performance objectives
• Recommend merchandise across channels using an omni-channel approach
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships through calls, emails, and handwritten notes
• Capture customer data through discovery and act on client feedback and NPS performance
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and after care

Requirements

• 1+ years sales, retail, hospitality or cross-industry experience
• Proven history of driving sales and achieving results
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Strong time management and service orientation with product knowledge
• College level education preferred
