Style Advisor

Summary

The Style Advisor provides personalized styling and product expertise to customers, focusing on fit, construction, and overall look. You will build relationships through direct, genuine communication and contribute to store sales through professional salesmanship and client loyalty. The role includes maintaining store standards and supporting visual presentation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Execute professional sales techniques to meet personal and store sales targets and metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships, leveraging the company’s client program
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Support store standards and perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
