Summary

As a Style Advisor at the Vaughan Mills store, you will deliver luxury menswear service by building and developing a loyal clientele through personalized shopping experiences. You will drive sales through personal and holistic selling both in-store and online, preparing for appointments and collaborating with the Store Leader. The role involves participating in merchandising and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal sales and holistic selling to develop repeat clientele
• Prepare for and conduct client appointments and follow-ups, including alterations and fittings
• Use store resources and technology to generate new business and support customer service
• Participate in merchandising, visual standards, and store maintenance
• Educate clients on the store loyalty program and promote add-on sales

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail clothing or footwear sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Experience across menswear categories such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear and tailored clothing preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving repeat business both online and in-store
• Willingness to participate in training and apply new skills
• Strong teamwork skills and comfort using retail technology
