Style Advisor - Venice Beach

As a Style Advisor at Venice Beach, you will bring your contagious energy and entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You will have a strong sense of personal style and enthusiasm for dressing people, sharing your opinions through genuine communication. Your role will involve building relationships and providing a personal approach to each customer interaction.

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations to company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
