Style Advisor - Yorkdale

Summary

As a Style Advisor at the Yorkdale store, you will deliver personalized luxury menswear service to build and maintain a loyal clientele. You will manage in-store sales and dedicated client appointments while leveraging tools and follow-up to drive new and repeat business. The role requires strong merchandising awareness and a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal sales and holistic selling on the retail floor and during appointments
• Build and maintain relationships to create repeat clientele
• Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and planning add-on opportunities
• Follow up with clients regarding alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments
• Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance
• Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Experience across menswear categories such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear and tailored clothing preferred
• Proven ability to create exceptional customer service experiences both in-store and online
• Willingness to participate in training and apply new skills
• Comfort using technology and retail tools to support the customer service function
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
