Responsibilities

• Advise customers on pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Engage customers in-store and through digital tools, including text, social media, and Nordstrom apps.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Help maintain a clean, organized shopping space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling knowledge and the ability to advise customers on completing their wardrobes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven approach to selling and customer outreach.
• Comfort using social media and digital tools to engage customers.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
