Summary

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on apparel and wardrobe choices across departments and price points.
• Build a personal business through appointments, networking, and digital selling.
• Follow up with customers, share new arrivals, invite them to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Drive sales through outreach and appointment-setting, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping space.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, strong communication skills, and an ability to build customer relationships.
• Motivation to meet sales targets and enthusiasm for digital engagement.
• Organization, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
