Supervisor - Las Vegas Fontainebleau

As a Supervisor at Las Vegas Fontainebleau, you will play a key role in building client relationships and driving sales performance. You will support the management team by acting as a Manager On Duty, ensuring staff coverage and addressing associate and client needs on the sales floor.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients.
• Utilize selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles.
• Coach staff on the Client Journey and provide feedback to management.
• Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store and maintaining visual standards.
• Comply with company policies and maintain a respectful environment for all associates.

• 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to motivate and influence others and achieve sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished appearance and ability to work closing shifts and weekends.
• Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.
