Supervisor Merchandising Operations

As a Supervisor of Merchandising Operations, you will lead, train, and supervise the daily operations of merchandise under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager of Operations. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment of merchandise.

• Lead and supervise the merchandise operations team in processing inbound merchandise and maintaining presentation standards.
• Participate in store initiatives, including merchandise fill-in, floor recovery, and supply replenishment during peak periods.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete orders for Omni customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift cartons up to 50lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology such as RF guns, PC, IOS devices, and Excel/Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
