Job Description

Summary

The Supply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst will manage master data accuracy and develop reporting and analytics for Americas supply chain operations. The role delivers daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and insights to improve B2B and B2C service performance across freight, transportation, and after-sales activities. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to implement data governance, perform audits, and support system rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and automated reports for Americas operations and Brand partners.
  • Create alerts, interpret operational trends, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure master data integrity across ERP, WMS, and related supply chain systems through audits and validations.
  • Support data governance processes, standards, and training for data management best practices.
  • Contribute analytics and data ownership to supply chain projects and collaborate with Worldwide Methods & Innovation and Data Analytics teams.
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide reporting to challenge assumptions and align data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data management within supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, master data management tools, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
