SummaryAs a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics Department within the Integrated Logistics Business Unit. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating all Distribution and Demand planning activities for the Wayne DC operations, ensuring the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Responsibilities- Work closely with brands to collect updated information about demand trends and evolutions.
- Support brands in case of specific urgencies, prioritization, and the launch of new collections or special events.
- Establish lead times, service level expectations, and overall execution in coordination with the Supply Chain, Operations, and 3PL team.
- Consolidate forecasts from brands and produce forecasts based on historical information and recent trends.
- Produce, coordinate, and communicate a clear load plan with the Supply Chain, Operations, and 3PL teams.
- Develop or coordinate the development of a planning tool for stakeholders to monitor upcoming events, loads, and volumes.
- Track and supervise daily execution flow to ensure the daily plan is met.
- Monitor Warehouse OTIF and Backlog, communicating timely to brands.
- Establish a process to acknowledge and execute priority requests by brands and Supply Chain and Operations team.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators to continuously improve the planning process.
- Conduct analysis and produce reports related to logistics and distribution performances.
- Establish frequent revision sessions with brands and Operations and Supply Chain teams to review past results and future expectations.
- Be the main point of contact for information regarding capacity, volumes, and load expectations for shipments.
- Work with brands and operations to establish a culture of planning and forecasting.
- Implement and lead “Control Tower” monitoring for special launches, collections, projects, and initiatives.
Requirements- University graduate; master's degree in supply-related topics is a plus.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach in managing data.
- Ability to set priorities and effectively manage time.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
- Expert in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Good knowledge of US luxury retail business.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tough deadlines.
