Job Description

Summary

As a Supply Chain Trainee at LOEWE in New York, you will be an integral part of the Americas Supply Chain Team, supporting the full product lifecycle across retail, wholesale, and outlets. You will engage in reporting and analysis, while taking on responsibilities for various projects within distribution, planning, and aftersales.

Responsibilities
  • Build POWER BI Dashboards to monitor business performance and key KPIs.
  • Coordinate weekly Supply Chain newsletter communication for at-risk styles and aftersales reporting.
  • Coordinate between teams to calendarize all project deadlines.
  • Conduct warehouse QC audits and RTV coordination with logistics.
  • Assist in distribution planning for retail, wholesale, and outlets.
  • Monitor and adjust target stock levels in store for PERM&CO.
  • Pull and analyze weekly sales and PERMCO reporting.
  • Track and communicate spare parts received and assure delivery to stores and workshops.
Requirements
  • Recent undergraduate degree or current enrollment in a Master's degree program in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management preferred.
  • 2-year minimum work or internship experience.
  • Advanced Excel and Retail Math skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
  • Proven interest in Fashion/Retail.
