Supply Chain Transformation Intern

Summary

Internship supporting supply chain transformation and distribution planning in New York. Create analytical tools and automated reports to improve distribution visibility, monitor overstock causes, and support data driven inventory decisions. Collaborate cross functionally and assist with migrating tools to centralized data models.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tool to provide visibility into new product launches for distribution planners
• Create tool to monitor and analyze root causes of overstock situations
• Design and implement automated reporting systems to alert on high overstock products
• Establish Power BI workspace guidelines including access control and report creation
• Lead migration of analytical tools to a centralized data semantic model
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to address critical business questions
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement solutions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan 4 to 5 days per week
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High level of curiosity and innovative mindset
• Legal authorization to work in the US
