Summary

Support Associate responsible for assisting with stocking and receiving functions including managing directs, transfers, deliveries, customer mail returns and supporting large store projects such as jobins jobouts and events or remodels. Role requires operational support, stock and physical duties, computer knowledge, attention to detail and flexibility with hours and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
• Manage directs and transfers
• Handle deliveries and customer mail returns
• Support store projects including jobins jobouts and remodels
• Participate in store events and setup
• Perform physical stock duties and inventory movements
• Follow through on assigned operational tasks
• Use store computer systems to complete tasks

Requirements

• Retail support experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Operational and stock handling skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks
• Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours
