Support Associate - Long Island

Summary

The Support Associate performs stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling tasks to support store sales and customer experience. Reporting to the RPSO Manager, the role maintains stockroom organization, assists with inbound and outbound freight and supports in-store events and visual setups.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements to meet standards and assist with price changes and reticketing
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Manage damages mark outs and related inventory control processes
• Assist Visual and Managers with merchandising for sales events and signage
• Support setup and teardown of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Demonstrated flexibility managing competing tasks
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
