Support Associate

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by assisting with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions. You will perform operational tasks to support store sales and profitability, reporting to the RPSO Manager in a store location.

• Complete daily store operations and support the direction of leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, and process inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through necessary placements.
• Manage merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization and back stocking.
• Assist with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
