Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate at Balenciaga Wynn Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in achieving daily business objectives by managing shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, and maintaining store supplies. You will also support the back office and sales floor as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

• Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Maintain and replace inventory levels of store supplies.
• Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management.
• Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Partner with management and sales team for inventory management and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
• Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards are met.

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
• Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
