Support Associate - Operations

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Charlotte, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining merchandise organization. Reporting to the RPSO Manager, you will be responsible for various operational tasks that contribute to the store's sales and profitability.

• Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through proper placements and price changes.
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks, and inventory control processes.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and back stocking areas.
• Support the setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility in managing competing tasks with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
