Support Associate - Palo Alto

Summary

The Support Associate assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and enhance the customer experience. This role performs daily operational tasks in a Neiman Marcus store under the direction of managers and reports to the RPSO Manager. The position requires physical activity and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight
• Pack, fulfill, and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements to maintain visual and merchandising standards
• Perform price changes, reticketing, and signage moves
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark outs, and inventory control tasks
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to manage competing tasks and collaborate with the team
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
