Support Associate - Short Hills

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Short Hills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining merchandise organization and supporting store operations. You will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions to enhance the customer experience.

• Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Handle merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
