Responsibilities

• Make accurate markings on garments to guide alterations
• Perform alterations according to client needs and company quality standards
• Partner with sales associates to provide exceptional service during fittings
• Complete special alteration requests from customers
• Maintain productivity following the company alteration system
• Understand and execute various types of fittings and alterations
• Ensure markings are clear and concise for other tailors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of alterations and fitting experience
• Experience preferably in a high end retail environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail oriented, precise and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team
