Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Complete fittings and sewing alterations on time according to store standards.
• Meet productivity goals and use store technology to organize customer alteration needs.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store teams.

Requirements

• Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
• Professional communication and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
