Summary

Provide high quality tailoring and fitting services to customers, performing measurements, fittings, and sewing alterations while meeting department productivity and service standards. Use store technology to manage alteration requests and collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments on customers.
• Mark areas requiring alterations and perform sewing alterations.
• Complete customer fittings and alterations on time according to guidelines and standards.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals.
• Utilize store technology to organize and manage customer alteration needs.
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork and collaboration.
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit style construction and trends.

Requirements

• Previous tailoring fitting and sewing experience preferred minimum of 2 years.
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing pressing machinery and alterations equipment.
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs.
