Summary

The Tailor performs precise in-store alterations and repairs to support sales and deliver a high standard of craftsmanship. The role includes customer consultation and fittings, as well as coordinating product handling with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store alterations and repairs within expected timelines and quality standards.
• Consult with customers about individual alteration requests and support fittings alongside Sales Assistants.
• Procure tailoring materials and maintain tailoring tools.
• Coordinate product handling between the store and external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed training as a tailor.
• Relevant professional experience in women's and men's fashion.
• Routine experience using sewing machines and performing hand sewing.
• Care, accuracy, independence, reliability, organizational skills, and time management.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
