Summary

Alter and tailor garments to high quality standards while providing an exceptional client experience. Work collaboratively with sales professionals and the store team to support fittings and garment care.

Responsibilities

• Alter garments to quality standards and ensure accurate garment markings.
• Build rapport with clients, identify their needs, and support fittings in partnership with sales professionals.
• Meet productivity objectives, contribute to team productivity, and handle garments with care.
• Record alteration details in tracking and workflow systems, share product and customer feedback, and follow workroom health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Luxury tailoring experience preferred; experience mentoring or training others in a technical capacity preferred.
• Ability to operate tailoring machinery, perform physical work for multiple hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and safely use a ladder as trained.
