Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and mark garments for alterations
• Fit garments on customers and perform alterations according to guidelines
• Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations in a timely manner
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Utilize store technology to manage customer alteration requests
• Collaborate with the alterations and store team to meet customer expectations
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, and garment construction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of tailoring, fitting, and sewing experience preferred
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Ability to follow processes and service standards
