• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Complete fittings and sewing alterations according to service standards.
• Manage alteration needs using store technology and meet productivity goals.
• Educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team.

Requirements

• Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, or sewing experience preferred.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
