Summary

Provide customers with quality tailoring and fitting services, delivering garments that meet their fit and alteration needs. Work collaboratively with the Alterations and Store teams while meeting service and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time according to service standards.
• Meet productivity goals and follow established processes and procedures.
• Use store technology to manage customer alteration needs.
• Educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Safely operate sewing, pressing, and standard alterations equipment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs.
