Provide professional tailoring and fitting services to deliver high quality alterations and exceptional customer service. Measure and fit customers, perform sewing alterations and complete fittings on time while adhering to store guidelines and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments on customers
• Mark areas requiring alterations and perform sewing alterations
• Complete customer fittings on time according to service standards
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Utilize store technology to manage customer alteration needs
• Collaborate with Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit style construction and trends

Requirements

• Previous fitting tailoring and sewing experience preferred minimum of 2 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
