Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads full-cycle recruitment for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with operational leadership to build talent pipelines and meet current and future hiring needs. Bilingual English and Spanish communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, selection, and hiring.
• Develop recruitment strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and sourcing approaches with operational leadership.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and support business continuity in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities with urgency and precision.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner effectively with operational leadership.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and accountability.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
