Job Description

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail - Southwest leads recruitment for Cartier boutique roles across the Southwest. This role manages full-cycle recruiting, develops talent pipelines, advises hiring managers on market trends, and delivers a high-touch candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring intake meetings, interviews, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, and full-cycle recruitment for multiple boutique vacancies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using the ATS, social media, job boards, field recruitment, referrals, and external vendors.
  • Partner with hiring managers, commercial leaders, HR business partners, and talent colleagues on recruitment strategies and candidate onboarding.
  • Track recruitment activity, placements, retention, and agency spend; maintain accurate ATS records and report market insights to leadership.
  • Create digital job advertisements, attend local job and college fairs, and develop community recruitment relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail recruitment experience at the boutique level, with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions.
  • Experience in fast-paced recruiting, ideally including high-volume sales associate recruitment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Digital proficiency with applicant tracking systems, social media, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, flexibility across time zones, and a collaborative approach.
