Summary
Lead talent attraction strategy and execution for priority hiring needs across retail, supply chain, and corporate functions. Provide strategic vision, coach and develop a team of sourcers and recruiting specialists, and partner with stakeholders to build localized hiring plans and scalable outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to a team of talent sourcers and recruiting specialists.
- Own attraction strategy for priority roles translating hiring goals into localized plans.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through outreach, sourcing, job boards, events, and partnerships.
- Optimize channel mix using funnel data and market insights.
- Collaborate with talent marketing to ensure consistent inclusive employer brand and campaign alignment.
- Leverage technology to scale outreach and long term engagement.
- Establish and report attraction KPIs such as apply rate cost-per-hire and conversion.
Requirements
- Six plus years of talent acquisition experience with deep sourcing and talent marketing expertise.
- Three plus years of talent acquisition leadership experience with track record of team transformation.
- Experience developing talent attraction strategies and roadmaps aligned to business needs.
- Experience hiring for distributed locations in retail supply chain or similar industries preferred.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools to analyze data and improve outcomes.
- Strong communication and client management skills with ability to create executive ready materials.
- Knowledge of ATS and HR technologies such as Workday.
- Experience with AI tools that enhance talent acquisition desirable.
